People have approached us with goals such as building a strong and resilient body, moving more freely or just learning new and exciting "tricks".  With this is mind, our adults program cater for a range of abilities including ex-gymnasts wanting to continue their fitness training, adult-beginners just starting their gymnastics journey, athletes wanting to supplement their sports training, and anyone looking for an exciting way to stay fit!

AdultGym classes allow participants to challenge themselves using equipment such as bars, rings, beams, mini tramps and floor mats.  AdultGym classes can be individually-tailored to the skills you want to learn.  Not sure where to start? Let our coaches take you through the basics such as handstands, rolls and cartwheels to open the door to a world of movement including handsprings and somersaults!

Sessions include:

  • Gymnastics Strength Training (GSC): whole-body fitness program
  • Acrobatics & Tumbling: from rolls to somersaults and cartwheels, includes use of mini-trampolines and air floor
  • Handstands: develops strength and mobility for strong handstands progressing through to advanced skills such as press to handstand & handstand push ups
  • Bars & Rings: swings activities using rings, parallel bars and single bars.  Learn basic static and swing skills through to advanced skills such as kips and muscle ups.
